Civil Grading Superintendent (Civil Construction)

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin, United States; ability to travel required.

What you will do

• Manage large complex projects or multiple medium-sized roadway and site civil construction projects.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to achieve defined goals and objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed within prescribed schedules and funding parameters.
• Manage profitable operations through personal leadership and coordination with subordinate supervisors.
• Work with field crews and specialized equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of grading experience.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Valid combination CDL or the ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Ability to travel.
