Superintendent, Foundations (Construction)

Location: White Plains, New York, United States; long-term onsite projects and travel required

Salary: $11,800–$178,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Coordinate field schedules, resources, materials, and tooling for foundation construction operations.
• Communicate project scope and requirements to Foremen and trade staff.
• Ensure safety processes, including JSAs and inspections, are completed.
• Attend client meetings and work closely with the Project Manager.
• Verify daily QA/QC activities and as-built documentation, and review time and field reports.
• Develop Foremen and trade staff while supporting safe, efficient, and consistent project execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related construction industry experience and/or training.
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is desired.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to lead by example.
