Location: Montgomery, Illinois, United States; long-term onsite projects and travel required

Salary: $132,000–$182,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Coordinate field schedules, resources, materials, tooling, and project scope with Foremen.
• Support safe project execution by ensuring JSAs, inspections, and safety processes are completed.
• Attend client meetings and collaborate closely with the Project Manager.
• Verify daily QA/QC activities and maintain as-built documentation.
• Review time records and field reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop Foremen and trade staff while improving project consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related construction industry experience and/or training.
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is desired.
• Valid driver license for the vehicle types operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, collaboration, communication, and leading by example.
