Concrete Superintendent, Heavy Civil (Structural Concrete)

Location: Milwaukee, WI; long-term onsite projects with travel required

What you will do

• Coordinate field schedules, resources, materials, tooling, and project scope.
• Communicate work requirements to Foremen and support safe, efficient project execution.
• Ensure JSAs, inspections, daily QA/QC, and as-built documentation are completed.
• Attend client meetings and work closely with the Project Manager.
• Review time records and field reports.
• Develop Foremen and trade staff through hands-on leadership and example.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related construction experience, preferably in heavy civil or water/wastewater projects.
• Required experience in heavy civil projects, structural concrete construction, and subcontract management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, means and methods, and wall and floor finish requirements.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is desired.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.
