Senior Service Specialist (Florida, Georgia or Alabama)

Location: Candidate must be located in Florida, Georgia, or Alabama. The role includes phone-based support and recurring on-site visits to authorized dealers. Remote work is unavailable for residents of Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, North Dakota, Nebraska, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $63,100–$79,500 per year.

What you will do

• Provide senior-level technical assistance to authorized dealers by phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, fuel-system, gasoline, diesel, and common rail engine issues.
• Visit dealers for on-site diagnostics, repair guidance, service assessments, and hands-on technical training.
• Support dealer onboarding, service policy compliance, warranty procedures, parts identification, and service manual interpretation.
• Document service cases and field findings, follow issues through resolution, and escalate emerging product problems.
• Report recurring failures and dealer feedback to engineering, quality assurance, and product management while supporting root-cause analysis and product improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing gasoline turf and utility engines, diesel engines, and common rail engines.
• Associate degree with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical coursework, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with group training or sales is preferred.
• Daily communication with distributors and dealers and frequent collaboration with engineering, marketing, quality, technical publications, parts, OEM accounts, and vendors.
