Head of Delivery

Location: Hybrid in London or Reading, England, United Kingdom; 12-month contract.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex client engagements.
• Track milestones, quality, outcomes, KPIs, risks, and critical issues.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve escalated delivery concerns.
• Own engagement financials, including revenue, margins, invoicing, collections, scope changes, and revenue leakage.
• Lead, mentor, and resource delivery teams while promoting accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Improve solutions, reusable assets, methods, and delivery accelerators.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex client engagements and delivery teams.
• Strong leadership, influencing, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
• Strong planning, organisation, and resource coordination abilities.
• Financial acumen, including experience managing engagement budgets and margins.
• Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
