Head of Managed Services

What you will do

• Lead the delivery, development and growth of the managed services portfolio across customer engagements.
• Lead and develop Service Delivery Managers and wider service teams, driving consistent service delivery.
• Own service management processes, governance and operating models, including continuous improvement.
• Oversee performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs and customer outcomes.
• Build senior customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing services or develop new offerings.
• Design, mobilise and transition new services into operation while maintaining appropriate resources, controls and governance.

Requirements

• Significant senior experience in Service Delivery, Managed Services or operational leadership.
• Experience delivering services across multiple customers, contracts or complex service environments.
• Experience designing and implementing service processes and improving established delivery models.
• Experience leading Service Delivery Managers and wider service teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, including financial controls, budgets, forecasting and service profitability.
• Experience managing senior customer relationships, SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, service transitions and operational risks.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy sector or data and information management services.
• Experience delivering long-term managed services or supporting complex data requirements.
