Field Manager (Property Maintenance)

Location: Memphis, TN, United States

Salary: $71,545–$89,000 annually, plus eligibility for quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Guide, coach, train, and provide performance feedback to Field Technicians.
• Manage tenant move-out inspections and ensure property inventory meets company standards during tenant turns.
• Inspect work in progress and verify that technicians and third-party vendors meet required specifications.
• Track property status, maintenance issues, and associated costs in CRM and Yardi databases.
• Complete mobile maintenance work orders within required timeframes and respond to emergency service calls while on call.
• Perform limited hands-on maintenance, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, installations, lockouts, and debris removal at hirify.global properties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or technical training certification is a plus.
• At least six years of residential or property maintenance experience, including required HVAC experience.
• One to two years of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools, Microsoft Office, and basic measurements and calculations.
• Valid driver’s license required; Universal EPA or HVAC Type II certification is preferred where applicable.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing A-frame and extension ladders, and working at residential properties.
