Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Salary: USD 110,000–130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily facilities maintenance activities across buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and site assets.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, generators, compressors, and utilities.
• Coordinate maintenance and regulatory compliance for scales, stormwater systems, fire-safety infrastructure, rail facilities, concrete, signage, and traffic-control systems.
• Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, vendors, service agreements, leases, work orders, inventory, and renewal schedules.
• Administer maintenance budgets and capital improvement projects while coordinating with Operations, Transportation, Equipment Maintenance, EHS, Commercial, and HR.
• Support safe, compliant, professional, and uninterrupted site operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in facilities maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial buildings, utilities, concrete, fencing, lighting, drainage systems, and contractor management.
• Strong planning, communication, organization, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage inspections and physical maintenance work, including prolonged walking and standing and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold temperatures and occasionally in wet areas.
• Willingness to work different shifts and travel up to 75% of the time.
