Maintenance Supervisor (Property Maintenance)

What you will do

• Prepare market-ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning or repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests and provide timely, professional customer service.
• Maintain plumbing, pools, HVAC, heating, carpentry, appliances, electrical systems, painting, caulking, and life-safety systems.
• Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Schedule and document preventive maintenance, report budget-impacting issues, and perform emergency on-call procedures.
• Follow applicable housing laws, codes, safety policies, and required training programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational education.
• EPA 608 certification with a minimum of Type II, or CPO or locally required certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work any shift from Sunday through Saturday according to business needs.
• Ability to travel between properties, climb stairs, work outdoors in varying weather, and lift or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
