HR Business Partner

Location: Thornton, Colorado, United States; onsite at a company-designated office or field location

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year, paid weekly

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and local management across designated US entities.
• Manage employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and advise on disciplinary and performance matters.
• Implement HR programs and support employee engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational change.
• Analyze employee surveys, feedback, and workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Guide managers and supervisors on employment laws, labor relations, company policies, and performance management.
• Support internal promotions, training initiatives, and collaboration with the corporate HR department.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of human resources experience; construction or utilities experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, labor relations, and internal policies.
• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• HR certification.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards HRIS, iCIMS, and Power BI.
• Experience in the construction or utilities industry.
