HR Business Partner

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Align HR initiatives and services with business objectives across assigned business units.
• Advise leaders on organizational structure, role clarity, performance management, leave management, and talent development.
• Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
• Design and support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Develop employee retention and engagement recommendations and support internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

• Five years of HR Business Partner experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using or implementing HRIS and ATS systems.
• Experience in software, SaaS, or technology manufacturing, with an understanding of technical roles and skills.
• Ability to use HR analytics to solve business problems and partner with leaders in a multi-state, multi-location employer.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with managers and senior leadership.
