HR Business Partner

Location: 100% on-site during core hours of 7-4 or 8-5; remote work is not available

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD annually, plus potential 10% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead site-wide human resources activities, strategic planning, and operational programs.
• Manage recruitment branding, applicant tracking, and hiring processes.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, and training initiatives.
• Advise site leadership on HR strategy, employee relations, labor relations, and organizational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Modernize HR systems, policies, and practices while supporting global and domestic HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management.
• 7–10 years of HR generalist experience and at least 3 years of HR management experience.
• Strong HR background in a manufacturing environment, including labor relations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with sponsored employees, immigration processes, HRIS systems, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Previous supervision of at least one direct report, along with strong analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.

Nice to have

• Multi-site HR experience.
• CPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Knowledge of ADP payroll and SuccessFactors HCM.
