Client Manager - Employee Benefits (Insurance)

Salary: $100,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage a dedicated book of small-to-medium, lower-complexity employee benefits clients.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the client lifecycle and deliver standardized service.
• Own Salesforce workflows, tracking, and data quality for the assigned book of business.
• Review work completed by Client Associates before client delivery.
• Resolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues in coordination with internal support teams.
• Coach peers or guide support staff and junior team members when needed.

Requirements

• Active Life & Health License.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical application skills with OE guide applications and Salesforce.
• Basic and developing awareness of core market dynamics and client segments.
• Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving ability, emotional intelligence, and operational excellence.
