What you will do

• Establish short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and procedures aligned with strategic business plans.
• Drive client satisfaction through interactions, leading meetings, and closing renewals/upsell deals.
• Recruit, hire, manage, and evaluate a high-performing client team including performance reviews and feedback.
• Develop strategies and priorities for the client base, articulate value propositions, and craft tailored solutions.
• Analyze support issues and feedback to recommend strategies, collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
• Build client relationships, perform market research, meet travel quotas for events and meetings, and achieve renewal/growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid track record in long-term renewal contracts and profitable revenue growth
• Knowledge of sales practices; proficient in HubSpot/Salesforce and Zendesk
• History of building successful client satisfaction teams; strong leadership and consensus-building
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Significant travel required; ability to adapt to change and perform in high-visibility environments
