What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned self-funded group clients, responding to inquiries and providing creative solutions.
  • Monitor service levels to ensure timely issue resolution, compliance, and adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Develop and deliver standard and custom client reports covering claims, utilization, and other key metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across claims, eligibility, and compliance to deliver seamless service.
  • Support renewals, plan changes, and the execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and CRM system entries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of account management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare, specifically with TPA/self-funded groups.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and experience preparing client reports and presentations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel for multiple days at a time when needed.
