Payroll Specialist

What you will do

• Process end-to-end payroll for multiple EMEA countries and entities using ADP Celergo and in-country partners.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to align employee payroll data across Workday and payroll platforms.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues, discrepancies, and employee inquiries.
• Manage payroll relationships with ADP Celergo and local payroll partners.
• Maintain compliant payroll procedures and documentation for each country.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve payroll processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and typically 3–6 years of direct payroll experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and ADP or other payroll providers.
• In-depth knowledge of European payroll laws, tax regulations, and related compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
• Strong mathematical, data analysis, reconciliation, accounting, general ledger, and journal entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, organization, and independent problem-solving skills.
