What you will do

• Manage Accounts Payable correspondence and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Process invoices in AP software, including coding and routing for approval.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving transactions, resolving three-way match discrepancies with Operations.
• Prepare supporting documentation for weekly payments and enter payment data accurately into banking software.
• Reconcile supplier statements and ensure payments and credits are applied correctly.
• Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in accounting, customer service, or another detail-oriented role.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and relevant software systems.
• Ability to work across geographies, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a strong customer-service focus.

Nice to have

• Experience with a large international firm.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
