Finance Transformation Specialist

What you will do

• Lead and support finance transformation projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Implement Navan’s expense management and corporate card solution.
• Manage projects to globalize and standardize procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
• Support setup and operationalization of legal entities for market expansion.
• Support Workday implementation and post-launch optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, HR, and Business Systems teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance Transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, internal controls, and US GAAP reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience with systems such as Workday, Navan, or Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Forward-looking perspective on finance including digital, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
