Maintenance Supervisor (Petrochemical)

Location: Underwood Dr, Pasadena, Texas, United States; onsite plant environment with indoor and outdoor work, exposure to heat, noise, chemicals, and mechanical hazards.

What you will do

• Direct preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities to support plant production and asset reliability targets.
• Lead field safety, environmental compliance, inspections, testing, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking.
• Coordinate execution forces, operations, schedulers, production coordinators, outside vendors, and service providers.
• Review work scopes, identify process and maintenance hazards, and initiate appropriate safety reviews for activities such as confined-space and hot-work jobs.
• Develop maintenance procedures and training materials while coaching maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Control maintenance costs, procure materials and services, process SAP service entries, and improve maintenance efficiency.

Requirements

• At least five years of maintenance or operations experience in a petrochemical manufacturing facility.
• Supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership competencies, or prior supervisory experience when plant-operation experience within the company is limited.
• High school diploma or GED and minimum age of 18.
• Current, valid U.S. motor vehicle license required.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship; U.S. citizenship or permanent residence required.
• Experience with fixed and rotating equipment maintenance, maintenance workflows, SAP Plant Maintenance, Microsoft Office, and site HSE standards.
