MEP Superintendent/PM (Healthcare & Secure Facilities)

Location: On-site positions at North Central Bronx Hospital and Woodhull Hospital in New York

Salary: $145,000–$210,000 base per year, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Lead planning, phasing, and on-site coordination for a $300M+ program retrofitting multiple floors of active hospitals into secure specialized medical facilities.
• Coordinate with the NYC Department of Corrections, NYC Health + Hospitals, facility leadership, and medical staff.
• Oversee infection control risk assessment compliance, dust mitigation, and noise control in occupied hospital environments.
• Manage installation and integration of anti-ligature fixtures, reinforced barriers, and security and access-control electronics.
• Coordinate MEP shutdowns, tie-ins, testing, and commissioning while protecting life-safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and correctional-facility security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of related experience with multimillion-dollar construction, interior renovations, MEP, and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in healthcare and/or correctional-facility construction is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading planning, design, staff and subcontractor supervision, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and project completion.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• This is an on-site position.
