Construction Manager (Mission-Critical Infrastructure)

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin; project-based assignments throughout North America with approximately 75% travel and extended onsite project durations

What you will do

• Direct field construction operations for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Lead Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and workforce deployment.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, work-in-progress reporting, quality, safety, and project performance.
• Coordinate site development, utilities, fiber infrastructure, ground improvement, structural concrete, power infrastructure, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Lead jobsite coordination meetings, safety discussions, workforce planning, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus 5–7 years of relevant construction experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Approximately 75% travel and ability to support long-term onsite assignments throughout North America are required.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Field leadership experience in mission-critical, hyperscale data center, EPC, industrial, utility, power, heavy civil, or infrastructure construction.
• Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, equipment utilization, subcontractor management, material coordination, productivity reporting, and construction performance metrics.
• Microsoft Office and construction management software experience, such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, InEight, or HCSS; valid driver's license required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting project pursuits, constructability reviews, estimating activities, and operational planning.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover packages, as-built documentation, and project closeout.
