Senior Superintendent (Multifamily Construction)

Annual base pay range: $165,000–$215,000, plus potential bonuses or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead all onsite aspects of Wraps, Podiums, and Type I construction projects.
• Build a jobsite culture focused on mentoring, growth, accountability, safety, and teamwork.
• Develop, maintain, communicate, and distribute comprehensive jobsite schedules through Procore.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings covering schedule, safety, SWPPP, quality control, RFIs, submittals, and coordination.
• Review plans before vertical construction, identify constructability, code, egress, dimensional, and MEP issues, and document deviations through RFIs.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, submittals, RFIs, project administration, close-out documentation, permitting support, and communication of cost or schedule risks.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience as a Superintendent and preferably at least 8 years of construction experience.
• At least 5 years of multifamily construction supervisory experience and familiarity with multifamily construction procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction building codes and scheduling practices and software.
• PC proficiency and the ability to lead field teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• OSHA 30-hour certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.
