Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent (Mission Critical)

Location: Berwick, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $132,000–$181,500 per year, with performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Direct on-site project workflow and communicate priorities to site staff and subcontractors.
• Lead jobsite safety, administer the safety program, and coordinate incident reporting and inspections.
• Maintain project quality standards, daily activity logs, work orders, tickets, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
• Collaborate with the project manager to develop and maintain schedules, installation sequences, and schedule commitments.
• Organize site teams, temporary facilities, utilities, and long-lead-item expediting.
• Build effective relationships with subcontractors, clients, vendors, and community stakeholders while identifying and resolving problems early.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous superintendent or project lead experience and mastery of construction processes and best practices.
• Ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve project goals.
• Ability to use project software including Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred; additional experience may substitute for a degree.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekend work, or fast-paced projects.
