Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst - Scheduling (Primavera P6 EPPM)

Salary: $99,500–$139,900 annual base pay, with an incentive program and benefits for full-time employees.

What you will do

• Act as the strategic advisor and primary IT functional lead for scheduling initiatives involving Primavera P6, Oracle PIF, SAP, and related enterprise integrations.
• Validate SAP-to-P6 data mappings, assess downstream impacts of SAP changes, and support integration and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze business needs and deliver scheduling, reporting, and data visualization solutions for capital, engineering, maintenance, and turnaround or outage projects.
• Define functional and technical requirements, lead projects end to end, and coordinate with IT security, infrastructure, business owners, development teams, and vendors.
• Own the scheduling systems roadmap, operational enhancements, documentation, status reporting, change controls, and internal control procedures.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling system operations and disaster recovery for Oracle PIF and Primavera P6.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related professional experience with Oracle PIF/P6.
• Expert working knowledge of Oracle PIF and Primavera P6, including system capabilities and business operations.
• Business process knowledge in SAP S/4HANA; hands-on SAP configuration is not required, but strong SAP process literacy is expected.
• Experience with business test planning and coordination, change management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery.
• Knowledge of role identity and role access as they relate to PIF and P6 is preferred.
