Sr Business Consultant

Location: Remote role associated with Chicago, Illinois, United States

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead business analysis across functional areas in support of divisional strategies.
• Coordinate complex, strategic, cross-divisional, and enterprise-wide projects from inception through completion.
• Oversee project teams, resources, budgets, and delivery against critical timelines.
• Communicate with senior management across multiple divisions and prepare leadership presentations.
• Support prioritization of transformational program activities and track progress toward goals.
• Resolve problems, manage dependencies, and maintain consistency and efficiency across initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or relevant health care industry work.
• At least 3 years of experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and independently delivering scope of work.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques, industry trends, and business and financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and information-processing skills.
• Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Health insurance or health care industry experience, especially product or sales knowledge.
• Value Based Care Operations experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution, and project management skills.
• Ability to drive decisions, create options, and assess the impact of alternatives.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations.
