Schedule Analyst (Lead Enterprise)

Location: On-site in Chantilly, Virginia, United States

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Lead schedule development and management activities with systems engineers and program, project, and segment managers.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of integrated schedules.
• Collect and review program, project, and segment data for schedule updates and reporting.
• Conduct critical path and schedule dependency analysis.
• Perform what-if analyses and recommend schedule changes.
• Prepare comprehensive schedule visualizations and reports for leadership and review activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, physics, computer science, information technology, operations research, engineering management, or a related STEM field.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with a Counter Intelligence polygraph is required.
• At least 10 years of expert-level scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or a similar scheduling tool.
• At least five years of experience establishing, managing, or leading tool-based schedule management and reporting processes for traditional and Agile efforts.
