Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noordwijk (Netherlands), Barcelona (Spain), or Rome (Italy)

hirify.global provides highly skilled personnel and engineering solutions to the Space, Nuclear, and IT sectors.

What you will do

• Source, screen, and select qualified international candidates using various databases and social networks.
• Conduct face-to-face and online interviews and facilitate client-facing interview processes.
• Negotiate employment offers and guide candidates through expatriate regulations and relocation support.
• Build and manage talent pools to support current and future recruitment needs for bids and tenders.
• Represent the company at key European engineering and science events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for corporate or consultancy environments.
• Eligible to work in the EU or in the Netherlands, Spain, or Italy.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with recruitment platforms, ATS, and social media.
• Strong commercial attitude and ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Space sector, Big Science, or ICT domains.
• Knowledge of Spanish, German, French, Italian, or Dutch.
