Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: United Kingdom; remote work from within the country required

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role specifications and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer recommendations using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Strong sourcing capability and the ability to engage candidates beyond passive applications.
• Analytical hiring skills for using data and insights to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
