Talent Acquisition Business Partner (FTC 6 months)

Location: Fully remote, based in Turkey or another relevant hirify.global market; listed locations include Lisbon, Ankara, Istanbul, Berlin, Hamburg, and Barcelona. Proof of eligibility to work in the country of application is required. Relocation packages and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Natro and Turhost in Turkey, from role intake through offer and onboarding handover.
• Support selected Group-level and international recruitment roles across hirify.global markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and assess candidates for technical, commercial, operational, and corporate positions.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain a consistent candidate experience.
• Use Teamtailor, LinkedIn, AI, and emerging technologies while tracking recruitment metrics and contributing to global Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish with strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with international teams and across different cultures.
• Data-driven, proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
