What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job profiles.
• Define sourcing strategies using modern recruitment channels and social media.
• Create attractive, inclusive, and diversity-friendly job advertisements.
• Screen applications, use recruitment tools, and identify high-potential candidates.
• Organize and participate in interviews and support selection decisions.
• Support early-career recruitment through university and school events and contribute to transnational HR projects.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• Initial recruitment experience through internships, academic projects, or 1–2 years of junior experience.
• Interest in modern sourcing tools, LinkedIn, social media, and digital recruitment trends.
• Proactive networking, strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Negotiation-level Spanish and English are mandatory.
