Location: Based at the Szczecin plant, Tytanowa 3, Szczecin, Poland

What you will do
- Manage recruitment processes from kickoff through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and identify suitable candidates.
- Recruit across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and support functions.
- Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates for key roles.
- Support internal mobility and advise on appropriate assessment approaches.
- Contribute to employer branding and Talent Acquisition initiatives while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment consulting, or a related HR role.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working in an international environment with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English is required.
