Int. Policyholder Service Delivery Rep

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; office environment.

What you will do

• Provide service and support to customers and agents through email, letters, and phone calls.
• Process financial and non-financial transactions, including payments, outgoing funds, and illustrations.
• Analyze, update, and correct life insurance and annuity policies in applicable systems.
• Research policy and system issues and support issue resolution, including escalated situations.
• Work with vendors and cross-functional departments to fulfill customer and agent requests.
• Mentor vendor partners, identify procedural gaps, and contribute to team goals and process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a business field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of financial services experience.
• General knowledge of life insurance and/or annuity investment products.
• Professional oral and written communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn software applications quickly.
