Agent Support Associate (Insurance)

What you will do

• Support the Agent Success Manager and Marketer in improving agent performance, sales, and revenue.
• Assist agents with life insurance illustrations, basic underwriting, and case design.
• Coordinate agent contracting and commission communications within the office.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain product details, underwriting guidance, and sales support.
• Build agent relationships, contribute to sales process improvements, and achieve weekly KPIs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of sales or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technology tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong customer service, organization, multitasking, and issue-resolution abilities.
• Experience presenting sales or training materials in person, by phone, or online, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Previous insurance or financial services experience.
• Interest in ongoing insurance industry education.
