Senior Master Scheduler of Manufacturing

Salary: $69,800–$87,950 per year

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute master production schedules across multiple manufacturing lines.
• Analyze capacity constraints and create feasible production plans with Materials and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead scheduling inputs for monthly Sales & Operations Planning processes and align demand with production capacity.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics including LOTIF and OFCT to support on-time delivery and inventory targets.
• Coordinate schedule changes, product transitions, and material availability with Manufacturing, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Maintain SAP planning master data and drive continuous improvement across scheduling and planning processes.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining a master production schedule in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP planning systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance demand, capacity, and inventory in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, CSCMP, or ISM certification.
• Experience with SAP master data and global manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of LOTIF, OFCT, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
