TL;DR
Master Scheduler (Manufacturing) (Supply Chain/Manufacturing): Managing production schedules, S&OP planning, ERP/MRP operations plans, and capacity analysis for mission-critical energetic materials and manufacturing programs with an accent on schedule execution, supply-demand alignment, and data accuracy. Focus on resolving production conflicts, analyzing lead times and critical paths, building Excel-based exception reporting, and leading continuous improvement projects.

Location: Hollister, CA, United States; onsite

Salary: $91,700–$170,100 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

  • Monitor and maintain master production schedules, investigate delays, and coordinate countermeasures and root-cause analysis.
  • Work with Purchasing, Production, Receiving, Quality, Engineering, and Proposal teams on production schedules, build plans, backorders, lead times, and critical paths.
  • Establish and lead the monthly sales and operations planning process and develop service-level strategies with commercial and financial stakeholders.
  • Update ERP and operations plans to support customer orders and monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop exception reporting to validate bills of materials, engineering masters, part attributes, and lead-time data.
  • Lead production scheduling conflict resolution, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. person status is required due to U.S. Government contractual and export-control requirements.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations or supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Advanced Excel analytics, including complex macros and pivot tables.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and report writing.

Nice to have

  • Lean/Six Sigma experience.
  • APICS CPIM certification.
