Master Scheduler (SAP)

Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning and scheduling activities for multiple production lines and shifts while monitoring execution, forecasts, and inventory.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule, balancing capacity, labor availability, service levels, safety, inventory, and cost.
• Analyze capacity constraints, bottlenecks, overloads, forecast variances, and production performance.
• Maintain production, scheduling, forecasting, capacity, and inventory KPIs and dashboards.
• Ensure MRP accuracy in SAP ERP, resolve MRP/MPS issues, and maintain relevant material master attributes.
• Support S&OP, long-range capacity planning, product lifecycle and EOL processes, and communication of schedule risks to Client Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing.
• 5+ years of SAP experience, including usage within the past 10 years.
• Experience with capacity planning in constrained manufacturing environments and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of material forecasting and inventory management, preferably in made-to-order manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and macros; strong communication, accuracy, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data modeling and dashboards.
• APICS certification.
