Planner II (Supply Chain)

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $71,060–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for variable cash programs and potential equity.

What you will do

• Manage production planning and scheduling for Systems and Hardware product groups.
• Coordinate kitting, inbound materials, assembly readiness, and responses to expedite requests.
• Execute MRP activities in SAP, review exception messages, and maintain planning parameters.
• Analyze supply, schedule, service, and inventory risks and implement mitigation plans with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain supply chain metrics and drive improvements in OTIF, backorders, and schedule adherence.
• Provide planning data, assumptions, risk assessments, analytics, and reports for SIOP and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and working knowledge of MRP, supply-demand balancing, safety stock, and projected inventory analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; employment-based immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• SAP PP/MRP experience.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Access, or Tableau.
• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Knowledge of capacity planning and production scheduling concepts.
