What you will do

• Develop and maintain ERP/MRP-based production schedules for press operations in line with customer demand.
• Coordinate schedule execution with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Create capacity requirements, perform level loading, and plan labor and machine capacity.
• Release production orders with packaging instructions and manage minimum, maximum, and safety-stock inventory levels.
• Analyze constraints and bottlenecks, adjust plans proactively, and support on-time delivery.
• Develop performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• College degree in manufacturing or supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, MPS, MRP logic, and capacity planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
