Logistics Deviation Specialist - 12 months contract

Location: Warsaw, Poland; based in the Warsaw office with work-from-home flexibility according to hirify.global policy

What you will do

• Manage logistics extra-cost claims, including cost verification, documentation, and cost-code usage.
• Lead fact-based discussions, analyze data, and prepare decision-support reports.
• Authorize payments to Transport Service Providers and ensure complete case documentation.
• Monitor extra-cost levels across carriers, business units, and distribution centers with internal stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities, track cost trends, and develop action plans.
• Build relationships with Transport Service Providers and improve ways of working across the supply chain.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Collaborative mindset, initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
