Supply Network Coordinator (Polyurethanes)

Location: Krakow, Poland. Hybrid model with up to 2 days per week working from home after onboarding and manager approval; based at hirify.global Global Business Services in Krakow.

This is a 6-month project assignment within the EAME Supply Chain organization, working across production sites, regional stock points, and logistics partners for the Polyurethanes product portfolio.

What you will do

• Coordinate the supply network between production sites, regional stock points, and logistics partners across EAME.
• Manage product allocation and replenishment to meet customer demand while balancing inventory and service-level targets.
• Align supply plans with demand forecasts, customer orders, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Monitor supply flows and identify bottlenecks, risks, and disruptions.
• Coordinate communication between Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and external logistics providers.
• Support escalation management, network optimization, distribution-flow improvements, inventory strategies, and New Product Introduction activities.

Requirements

• Experience in supply planning, transportation, logistics, purchasing, distribution operations, or a related supply chain environment.
• Strong administrative, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, manage changing priorities, and handle a high workload.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, customer-focus, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability for a full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexible start times, ideally between 07:00 and 10:00.
