Production Supervisor (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Fully onsite at hirify.global's Three Rivers Manufacturing facility, Michigan, United States; availability for any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

What you will do

• Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate production associates.
• Plan, schedule, set up, and run production activities to meet daily schedules.
• Coordinate material distribution, labor requirements, and production flow.
• Monitor processes, yields, recoveries, and shift production reports.
• Resolve production problems, reduce stoppages, and test workflow improvements.
• Communicate production status and requirements across shifts while maintaining safe operations and union compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years of combined relevant work experience and/or higher education in manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience in a union automotive manufacturing environment.
• Willingness and availability to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.
• Ability to maintain compliance with collective bargaining agreements, safety standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
