What you will do
- Lead and supervise salaried personnel within assigned manufacturing areas.
- Manage raw-material processing, production, and assembly operations in line with production schedules.
- Control material flow and maintain accurate production records.
- Drive production efficiency while meeting quality and customer-specification requirements.
- Promote a safe, productive work environment through area inspections and consistent application of safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvements and production challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience, including production processes and team leadership.
- 5-10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing principles.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Availability for the B crew schedule Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 pm-4:30 am is required.
