Labor Of Counsel

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; hybrid

Salary: $210,000–$232,500 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonuses.

What you will do

• Represent employers in traditional labor relations matters and employment defense litigation.
• Handle unfair labor practice charges and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
• Represent management in NLRB elections and advise employers on union organizing, corporate campaigns, card check, and neutrality agreements.
• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and provide related legal advice.
• Handle grievances, arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
• Obtain injunctions related to mass picketing and conduct legal research and writing.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum 9 years of attorney experience in litigation or labor law.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, project management, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Regular business travel may be required.
