Of Counsel (Labor & Employment)

Location: New York, New York; regular all-attorney in-person conferences are held throughout the country.

Salary: $305,000–$315,000 annually, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Provide legal services to local and national employers across labor and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Work extensively with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be licensed to practice law and remain in good standing in New York.
• At least 8 years of employment litigation experience.
• Labor and Employment litigation experience is required.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
