HRIS Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas, United States; travel to headquarters, field offices, client offices, work sites, and project-related locations may be required.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, optimize, and support the Paycom HRIS, including upgrades, patches, enhancements, and release updates.
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and APIs connecting HRIS, payroll, benefits, ATS, and other enterprise systems.
• Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support leadership decision-making.
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyze HR data from HRIS platforms, relational databases, and data warehouses.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, controls, validation processes, compliance reporting, and data governance.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors; provide user support, training, technical guidance, and process automation improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience, including hands-on support for platforms such as Paycom, UKG, Workday, ADP, or Oracle.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HRIS integrations and APIs, including data mapping, testing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying relational databases or data warehouses.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of HR processes, data structures, compliance requirements, data confidentiality, and system troubleshooting.
