Workday HRIS Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Duluth, Georgia, with 2–3 days in the office weekly; candidates must reside in Georgia.

What you will do

• Maintain Workday HCM configuration, organizations, templates, notifications, help text, and business processes.
• Support Workday releases by researching new functionality, assessing impact, and assisting with test plans.
• Provide Tier 1 support to employees and HR staff, troubleshoot business processes, and coordinate Tier 2 escalations with IT.
• Develop advanced custom Workday reports and provide audits, analytics, dashboards, and regulatory data submissions.
• Maintain worker data integrity and support employee and manager self-service processes.
• Prioritize, configure, and project-manage Workday enhancements and new functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of Workday experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Residence in the state of Georgia and availability for hybrid office attendance are required.
