What you will do
- Administer and support HRIS/HCM systems, including employee lifecycle transactions, organizational data, workflows, security, access, and system maintenance.
- Provide first-line support to HR and business users, investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and data feeds connecting HCM systems with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and other third-party platforms.
- Support configuration, enhancements, upgrades, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and system testing.
- Analyze HR data and produce workforce reports covering headcount, turnover, hiring, and organizational changes.
- Document processes, support functionality rollouts, and help drive adoption through training, communications, and user support.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HCM, HR technology, HR operations, people analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience supporting at least one enterprise HCM platform such as Workday, Dayforce, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, Oracle HCM, or a similar system.
- Experience with HCM integrations, interfaces, data feeds, HR reporting, data audits, and reconciliation.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with system testing, UAT, troubleshooting, or system enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and customer-service skills, with discretion when handling confidential employee information.
Nice to have
- Experience with HCM implementations, migrations, acquisitions, or major system enhancements.
- Experience with APIs, SFTP, middleware, EIBs, connectors, or other integration technologies.
- Experience with HR dashboards, workforce analytics, or BI tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in high-growth, startup, retail, manufacturing, CPG, or multi-location environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
