Business Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Partner with SDR leadership on forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and performance reporting across Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, and Germany.
• Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards aligned with pipeline-stage definitions.
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve SDR processes, productivity, lead flow, and qualification alignment.
• Support capacity planning and market-coverage modeling across five markets.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for country team leads and resolve day-to-day operational questions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience operating across multiple countries or markets simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on CRM experience with HubSpot.
• Experience driving cross-functional outcomes without formal authority.
• Ability to build structure in ambiguous situations and drive projects independently.
• English is required.
