Planning and Performance Lead (Financial Planning)

What you will do

• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance review cycles.
• Consolidate and analyze financial and operational KPIs, preparing performance summaries for leadership.
• Extract, clean, and synthesize data from financial systems, dashboards, and enterprise tools.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions using BI platforms.
• Develop analytical models and frameworks to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and inefficiencies.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, IT, and Business Operations to turn business needs into analytics solutions and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, FP&A, or data analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, planning cycles, and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and data extraction techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, including executive-level briefings and stakeholder management.
